How much does it cost the Court to participate in EZCourtPay’s product selection?
No cost to the court. The offender will have a convenience fee added to his/her fee/fine amount.

What cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover only for Traffic and Efilegeorgia websites. Visa and MasterCard only for MagPay, EZ Certificates and FeePayOnline websites.

Does EZCourtPay accept debit cards?
Yes, if it has a Visa or MasterCard logo and a 16 digit account number.

How is the Court reimbursed by EZCourtPay?
Direct deposit electronic transfer (ACH) either daily or weekly.

What if the offender/cardholder uses a fraudulently obtained or unauthorized card?
There is no risk to the Court for a charge back after the cardholder pays. The payment amount is the Court’s and won’t be taken back.

Who do I call if I have a question or need help?

What if there is a mistake and the customer wants a void or a refund?
We can issue voids or refunds as needed on a case by case basis if there is a legitimate reason.

What if the Court wants to change its initial set-up?
In most cases, it can be done easily and quickly with a simple phone call to 877-553-1078.

Is EZCourtPay PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant?
Yes, we have assumed the responsibility and cost of compliance to a set of stringent security standards adopted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover to protect consumer payment card information. We also maintain this compliance yearly. No credit/debit data is stored in order to prevent card hacker vulnerability.
